Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

 


If you select express shipping, the applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We deliver to addresses across the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that express shipping may not be available for P.O. boxes or certain military locations.


Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. Crown District Store is not responsible for such delays.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Crown District Store is not liable for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team at support@crowndistrictstore.com to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for the claims process.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@crowndistrictstore.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
